Brandstorm is L’Oréal’s flagship innovation competition, designed to help young talent start their careers by solving real business challenges.
The 2025 edition — Men. Beauty & Care — was launched by the Consumer Products Division of L’Oréal.
This year, Sup de Pub was the only communications school represented in the finals, reaffirming its position as a leading institution for training tomorrow’s creative minds and strategists.
Real Brief. Real Impact.
Students in Art Direction and Graphic Design, coached by Hannah Ben Meyer, responded to a real brief presented by Natasha Nardini (Talent Acquisition Manager at L’Oréal). The workshop format allowed them to develop creative, practical and strategically impactful solutions.
Out of more than 5,000 international projects, two Sup de Pub teams impressed a jury of industry experts and advanced to the finals at Station F, France’s leading innovation hub.

This type of competition offers much more than just a trophy: it is a direct showcase for recruiters, a strong line on a CV, and above all, concrete proof that these students have been able to convince a brand as demanding as L’Oréal.
Their creativity, their ability to respond to a real brief and their ease in pitching in front of professionals testify to a high level of professionalism.
