What is a CRM Officer?
The CRM or Customer Relationship Management Officer is a customer relations expert. As the name suggests, he or she is responsible for managing customer relations. They are also known as CRM managers, CRM project managers, CRM managers or simply customer relations managers.

What are the duties of a CRM Manager?

- it enhances the company’s brand image;

How much does a CRM Manager earn?
Remuneration is also an attractive factor in this profession. In fact, even a beginner CRM Manager earns a very good living. The level is commensurate with the importance of their responsibilities. Juniors can earn between €45,000 and €50,000 gross per annum. That’s between €3,500 and €4,500 a month.
An experienced executive can earn up to 60,000 euros a year, or 5,000 euros a month. This increases according to the size of the company and the sector in which it operates. It is possible to receive performance bonuses on top of this.
